- Njal.la (Semi bulletproof, a lot of domains, but they often suspend accounts if your site makes a lot of noise and is considered illegal)

HOSTING:
- XUID.ru (fully bulletproof, expensive)
- Lethost.co (fully bulletproof, good prices)
- Vdsina.ru (fully/semi bulletproof, cheap)
- My.Frantech.ca (semi bulletproof, cheap)
