ALL VPN ,PROXY,SOCKS V5 ARE USELESS AS THEY ARE DETECTED BY IP2LOCATION

i have tried many vpns like hidemyass Premium**VPN ipvanish socks5 proxy etc all are detected as proxy by ip2location so also by famous sites like walmart,ebay,paypal they block the account due to proxy leak
is there any solution for it
