The U.S. Department of State is offering up to $3 million for information leading to the arrest of two men who are allegedly tied to the Carder.su cybercrime syndicate.

Konstantin Lopatin, aka “Graf,” is wanted for allegedly being a mid-level leader of the organization, which engaged in identity theft and financial fraud crimes, such as creating counterfeit identification documents and credit and debit cards.

While the reward on Lopatin is up to $1 million, his co-conspirator and alleged leader of the criminal campaign, Roman Olegovich Zolotarev, has a reward offering of up to $2 million.

In May 2014, a Phoenix man tied to the operation was sentenced to 20 years in prison and told to pay $20 million in restitution. Similarly, for his part in the group, Cameron Harrison, aka “Kilobit,” was sentenced in November to 115 months in prison and was ordered to pay $50.8 million in restitution.
