easy just buy an skimmer and place it under the counter and when the customer is not paying attention just copy it using the skimmer and memorize the pin and come to this market and sell coz it's risky for noobs to cash out from cloned ccs ,you to do a brief research coz securities have been changed and they are not old ,if the card holder is west virgina and you cashout in calfornia in an hour then there are chances of getting picked up
