How to effectively spam IRC channels (efnet)

Hi I'm currently working on this spam script in Go to flood efnet saying someone I hate is a fuckhead lol. I'm using open proxies at the moment but efnet blocks a lot of them and I would like to branch out. What should I do? I can offer free accounts on lolishare.net to anyone that helps me.
