The best thing to do is to route your connection, from using tor or some "trusted" proxy/VPN with 0 logs so that the jumps you make are confusing if someone wants to intercept your IP, on the other hand configure the privacy of your profile so you can move around with a little protection and you could also mount all this on an operating system like Tails, which is quite good for these purposes.
