Its simple, just put single quote to parameter.
For example, if you found website like this

Just put the single quote to 9, so the url should be like

Please, Log in or Register to view URLs content!

If the website is vulnerable, you will find error message like
"You have error in your SQL syntax" or any error message like that

Hello guys, I have vulnerable sites with following error: "You have error in your SQL syntax"
But I dont know how to proceed to dump the database. Any help?
