This tutorial is not new but maybe there is some people not know yet, so it's just for newbies (like me 
)
All you need is:

- 1 working SSH
Serial keys for Proxifier v3.21:
You can find your own 1 working SSH in my thread or other ones. Some free and paid hosting providers allow users to use SSH, so ask them to open SSH for you. Or you can buy some SSH from other buyers.
Now let's go:
Step 1: Install Tunnelier and Proxifier
Step 2: Open Tunnelier and do as the pic below
Host: IP of your host
Port: Usually is 22 (maybe other number like 2222 with Hostgator)
Username and Password to login
Then change to tab Services, select Enabled
Press Login. If it's successful, then your SSH is alive. Choose Accept and Save to continue
Step 3:
- If you only want to fake ip for your browser, then use this sock 127.0.0.1:1080 (IPort)
- Or fake IP for all browsers and applications which required internet connection:
+ Open Proxifier, select Profile, then Proxy Server and choose Add to add new sock
Address: 127.0.0.1 - Port: 1080
Protocol: Socks Version 5
+ Press check to check this sock. If it's working, press OK.
Step 4: How to know if I faked IP yet?
Go to . If you see your location is changed, you're done well.
In Proxifier you can add more Sock and select which applications you want to fake IP by select Profile > Proxification Rules.
