Need a cc and also carder

I need a cc/paypal/any account else with a $1180 balance,and also a carder to transfer the balance into my paypal acc(or else method,tell me).Payment in BTC mainly,also escrow.If someone got any cc/p/whatever that have this amount then tell me with the price you want.Just needing it to pay back my school fee and also "reloading" money that I get scammed from craiglist....
