Need some help with bitcoin

hello guys,

can you help me figure out how to make bitcoins ? because im kinda poor in real life and will be a huge effort for me to buy them from real money because my family is so numerous and im the only one supporting them with money etc..... can you please help me or tell me if is any way to make them or to exchange them from credit cards o paypals , because i can spam from some cards or paypal.... i need only 4 bitcoins. also if you can give me a website where i can register to have a bitcoin accout...
