Searching for tutorials on how to crack/dehash passwords

I am sorry if this is not the right place to post this, but I am searching on all forum sections and I cannot find any specific tutorials on how to dehash strings of passwords.

I have a list of MD5, Sha-1, sha-256, bycript, phash etc. Some salted, some non salted. I can find a small percentage of them just by googling the hash, but for the majority of it I just don't know how to procede.

Could anyone point to a tutorial for a good workflow from here?
