Hello there! My name is Cup and I would like to come here to all of you and present my research about the best ways to break through your social barriers and get yourself a girlfriend (or boyfriend if that's how you lean).
Step 1 (Finding a vulnerable person):

At dinner, inject the right payload to let the other person know how you feel. Now, don’t worry, I understand that this may be an issue for some of you as even the mere thought of talking to someone of the opposite sex makes you sweat, shake, and curl up into a ball.

Now, if step 3 did not go well, I apologize and you should move back to step 1. But, assuming it did go well and the target reciprocated the same energy, we can move on. At this point, the world is your oyster. Be sure to always support the target and keep a healthy balance of being nice and kind, but also not to chase their attention.
Step 5 (Realization):
At this step, you realize that you actually enjoy time by yourself instead of trying to please someone else. You may have cut off some friends, or the target may seem to give off some toxic traits that are hard for you to have around you. You realize that your want for a significant other may simply be the result of loneliness and jealousy of seeing other people with one of their own.
