Views on using CoinBase??

Hi guys, so obviously I am new to dealing with Bitcoin and due to do my first deal with Prince in a few days, I am just going through the security process (ID verification) and buying my actual Bitcoins to do the deal with..

Do you recommend using this service or is there a better system out there,I have seen the tutorial from the escrow thread but think that's far to long winded for something that CoinBase offers for lower fees and a simpler process

Update for future users, I have done extensive research and come to the conclusion it is not a trusted site and would go with bitpanda if you would like to buy BitCoins and send bitcoins, verification is very straight forward and transactions are instant. Very good service

Is there a reason you use this over a local bitcoin wallet? Can you anonymously buy bitcoin through these websites?

btw you should also know that bitcoin transactions arent 100% anonymous, even bitcoin mixers do not provide real anonymity. I recommend to use monero if you want to be sure.
